This gentle and supportive session offers a space to explore how your body breathes along with the current state of your nervous system. Through a guided assessment, we’ll identify any breathing patterns and lifestyle habits that may be limiting your energy, clarity, and calm.

 

Together, we’ll begin to unravel these habits, and you’ll receive a personalised breathwork and nervous system program thoughtfully created to meet your unique wellbeing needs. This is a beautiful step toward reconnecting with your breath and restoring balance in your nervous system.

1:1 Breakthrough Breath Session - $120 | 90mins

This is a transformative breathwork technique designed to help you release emotional blockages, deeply process unresolved feelings, and create lasting personal transformation. It combines controlled breathing patterns with conscious awareness to activate the body's natural healing mechanisms, allowing you to access and process deep-rooted emotions, past trauma, and limiting beliefs. The practice typically involves an extended, conscious breath cycle that leads to altered states of consciousness, where emotional breakthroughs and profound realisations often occur.

Throughout the session we work together on intention setting, opening with cacao, and then post breathwork, I hold space for processing and integration.
