About Me
I’ve spent the past 16 years working closely with women, supporting them through personal growth, emotional healing, and the everyday complexities of being human.
My journey has taken me across the world, living and learning in diverse places, where I was exposed to many different approaches to wellbeing. These experiences deepened my respect for healing as a layered, non-linear process that looks different for everyone.
My own path began with struggles around self-worth and self-belief that surfaced in my early teens. Over time, the work I did to better understand myself emotionally, physically, and energetically became the foundation for how I now walk alongside others.
I completed my training in breathwork facilitation in 2023 and draw on this alongside somatic and nervous system-informed practices in both one-on-one sessions and group work. While I love the depth and intimacy of individual therapy, I also find group workshops to be incredibly powerful spaces for connection and shared growth.
My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens through reconnection. Reconnection to our bodies, our inner wisdom, and the world around us.
Nature plays a huge role in my own life and continues to be a source of regulation, reflection, and grounding. I try to spend time on the land or by the water each day with my family, reconnecting with the simplicity of what’s real.
