Reiki Training Workshop ~ Level One

Reiki is an energy healing tool and therapy. A hands-on healing technique that works holistically, affecting your physical body, mind and emotions by harmonising and balancing. It enhances the body’s own innate ability to heal itself.

This workshop will draw on the traditional teachings of Usui Reiki and its energy. During the workshop you will learn all about where Reiki originated, the principals behind being a Reiki practitioner and what it means to begin to walk the path of Reiki.

Level one provides you with the foundations of a lifelong healing modality that you will be able to use on yourself, family & friends. If you choose to continue your Reiki training onto Level 2 and then into Master level you will be able to carry out energy healing on clients, and eventually teach and pass down Reiki attunements to others.
